As the CEE and CES Regional Business Manager/Group Brand Manager at Gillette, I led the management of Braun and Duracell brands in Eastern European markets, including Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, and Croatia. I successfully localized global strategies, executed product launches and local campaigns, and managed distribution to achieve over $60 million in business revenue and effectively manage budgets exceeding $5 million.
